New range from the Coventry

Coventry Building Society has refreshed its mortgage range.

New products include:

* 3.99% fixed rate until 30.06.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee.
* 4.19% fixed rate until 30.06.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
* 3.50% BBR tracker (BBR +3.00%) until 30.06.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with £800
* arrangement fee.
* 4.00% BBR tracker (BBR +3.50%) until 30.06.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement
* fee.
* 4.35% Offset Flexx for Term, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee and no early
* repayment charges.
* 4.49% buy-to-let fixed rate until 30.06.14, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
