New range from the Coventry tomorrow

Coventry Intermediaries is launching a new range of fixed rate mortgages tomorrow.

The products are as follows:

2.99% fixed rate until 30.09.2013 – £199 booking fee, £299 arrangement fee
2.99% fixed rate until 30.09.2014 – £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee
2.99% fixed rate until 30.09.2015 – £199 booking fee, £1800 arrangement fee

A new buy-to-let capped tracker at 4.99% (with a +3.49% BBR Tracker until 30.09.13) is also being launched. It comes with a £250 booking fee and an £800 arrangement fee.
