Coventry Intermediaries has extended its range of two and five-year fixed rates and cut rates by up to 0.30 percentage points on selected products.

Ne deals include the following:

Residential

  • 2.15% Fixed Rate until 31.12.15, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee and early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 31.12.15.
  • 4.29% Fixed Rate until 31.12.15, 90% LTV £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee and ERCs payable to 31.12.15.
  • 2.65% (reduced from 2.90%) Flexx for Term, 75% LTV, £199 booking fee, £800 arrangement fee with no ERCs.

Buy-to-let

  • 3.29% (reduced from 3.49%) Fixed Rate until 31.10.15, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £1749 arrangement fee and ERCs payable to 31.10.15.
  • 4.15% Fixed Rate until 31.10.15, 75% LTV £250 booking fee, £250 arrangement fee and ERCs payable to 31.10.15.
  • 3.49% (reduced from 3.79%) Flexx for Term, 65% LTV £250 booking fee, £749 arrangement fee and no ERCs.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: Our highly competitive range has just got even better. We have extend ed the term on all two and five-year fixed rates by three months, so borrowers can enjoy the security of a great rate for even longer.

“Buy-to-let investors aren’t missing out either, as we have cut rates on selected products including our popular Flexx for Term option which has been reduced from 3.79% down to 3.49%. And for investors looking for low up front fees, our new 4.15%, two-year fixed rate, available up to 75% LTV with arrangement fees of just £250 is ideal.

“And don’t forget, as always, all products include a valuation up to £670 (£700 on buy-to-let products) and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
