New podcast aimed at advisers navigating mortgage and wealth convergence

Published on

Twenty7tec has launched a new podcast series designed to support advisers as mortgage and wealth advice become increasingly interconnected.

The technology provider has unveiled ELEVATE, a podcast created to offer practical, insight-led discussion for professionals operating across the mortgage and wealth advice sectors, as the advice landscape continues to evolve.

According to the firm, the series will feature “expert-led conversations with a range of industry partners and is intended to reflect the real-world challenges advisers face, alongside the decisions they are required to support in a changing market.

ELEVATE opens with a six-episode focus on equity release, reflecting the growing role of property wealth in retirement planning and acknowledging that it remains an area where many advisers report a lack of confidence.

The initial run of episodes is being delivered in partnership with Advise Wise, Age Partnership and the Equity Release Council, bringing together industry specialists to address misconceptions, reduce barriers to advice and support advisers in integrating housing wealth into client discussions.

The first episode, entitled: “Are we ignoring the biggest asset in retirement?“, is now available to watch. It features host Sophie Holloman of Twenty7tec in conversation with contributors from the Equity Release Council, Advise Wise and Age Partnership.

New episodes will be released every two weeks and will examine a range of themes, including qualification and referral routes for advisers, real-world client outcomes such as interest-only transitions and debt consolidation, and the role of technology in streamlining advice journeys across mortgage and wealth conversations.

Following the six-part equity release series, ELEVATE will expand into a broader programme covering the wider mortgage and wealth industry, with further contributions from partners and specialists across the sector.

Ellisha-Jade, social media & pr manager at Twenty7tec, said: “We’re extremely excited to launch something that has been in the works for a while now, giving another element to our communications by adding audio and video podcasts with partners and industry professionals.

“Our marketing and content is ramping up for 2026 and we are starting it off strong.”
