New online fact find for One 77 Mortgages

One 77 Mortgages is launching a new online mortgage fact find this week.

The online questionnaire will enable people seeking a mortgage to visit the website to complete their initial details and product requirements, prior to speaking to an adviser at a time of their choosing.

Once completed, the adviser is able to assess the client’s details prior to the first contact call already with an indication of the offerings potentially available to the case. The client is then able to request their call at the time of their choosing and is introduced to their dedicated broker by email confirming the appointment and outlining what information they will need to have to hand.

The company believes that the online fact find will enable potential customers to take deeper consideration of their product requirements at their own pace, whilst also decreasing the amount of time spent on the phone to their broker and therefore speed up the turnover time from enquiry to recommendation.

Alastair McKee, One 77 Mortgages’ managing director, said: “We all lead very busy lives, and though we have always tried to accommodate our customers circumstances – such as by being one of the few brokers open seven days a week – we are excited to be able to offer this new string to our bow, allowing people to make their initial enquiry at whatever time of day they choose from the comfort of their own home.”
