New offices for Fleet Mortgages

Published on

Fleet Mortgages has move into new offices in Fleet, Hampshire.

The lender has moved to its new premises in order to accommodate the ongoing expansion of the business which includes the growth of staff numbers to 35 since the start of the year, and to cope with its ambitious lending plans.

Fleet Mortgages has now moved from its temporary home to a new permanent site at Flagship House in Fleet and there have been changes in phone contact details for all staff. The full address of the new premises is: 2nd Floor, Flagship House, Reading Road North, Fleet, GU51 4WP. The new switchboard telephone number is 01252 916800.

Bob Young, CEO of Fleet Mortgages, said: “When we established the business last year it was always our intention to move to a permanent home to accommodate our plans for the future. I’m delighted to say that we have reached that point rather sooner than we all imagined and, due to a number of factors, namely the increase in our head-count and our expansion plans for the immediate and long-term future, we have now moved to larger premises within Fleet.

“It would be fair to say that we have seen huge interest in our proposition since launch and believe we have the mix right with great service, great products, and real people to talk to. With this being the case, it is important for Fleet Mortgages to have a head office base which our excellent staff deserve, and allows us the space to expand within a short period of time.

“The new offices at Flagship House mean we can do this and we are incredibly excited about working with our valued intermediary distribution partners in order to move Fleet Mortgages on to the next level of our development.”
