New non-executive director for Countrywide

The board of Countrywide plc has announce that Natalie Ceeney will be appointed non-executive director, with effect from 28 April 2017.

 This appointment is subject to FCA approval.

Ceeney has held various senior executive positions and most recently was chief executive of HM Courts and Tribunals Service, head of customer standards of HSBC UK and chief executive of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Peter Long, independent chairman of Countrywide plc, said: “I am delighted to welcome Natalie to the board of Countrywide plc.  She brings a wealth of experience from a varied business career that spans the financial services sector, health and business services. 

“She has a track record of leading transformation and digitally enabled change in complex and dynamic environments.  Natalie’s skills and experience will complement the board.”
