NatWest Intermediary Solutions has made a range of exclusives available to the Appointed Representatives of First Complete and Pink.

These rates are only available to ARs of the two LSL Property Services networks and their estate agency chains Reeds Rains and Your Move.

The range of products available are:

Both carry a £495 administration fee but NatWest also offers free legals and valuation on these mortgages for remortgage customers.

David Copland, director of mortgage services for LSL financial services division, said: “Market leading exclusives add real value to the ARs in our networks and their clients. These exclusives also reflect the size and stability of LSL Property Services and the strong relationships that we have with lenders such as NatWest Intermediary Solutions.

“The key lenders that we have relationships with don’t only support Pink and First Complete with exclusives such as these, but they also offer a higher level of support to our ARs through educational seminars at both network’s events.

“NatWest Intermediary Solutions also helps advisers who are part of both First Complete and Pink to understand what standard of business they are looking for which helps them achieve some of the highest acceptance rates in the country.”

David Toulson, Senior Corporate Account Manager at NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said, “I am delighted that we have delivered an attractive set of exclusive deals for the LSL Group, which reflects the excellent working relationship we have developed with the teams at both First Complete and Pink.
