Priest joins from The Mortgage Lender (TML) where she was head of sales.

Her career spans more than 20 years, including regional and national account management roles at Barclays, Nationwide and Birmingham Midshires.

Priest said: “I know I am joining the business at an opportune time given the significant growth and ever-expanding sector, and I am looking forward to being a part of that. Foundation Home Loans’ strong culture for success, productivity and established sales team are some of the reasons I wanted to join, and I am positive I will have opportunity to thrive here.”

Andrew Ferguson, commercial director at Foundation Home Loans, added: “Paula is an incredibly strong appointment given her expertise and impressive market knowledge. With our ambitious expansion plans well underway, we’re glad to have Paula join the team and support management of our key networks and mortgage clubs across the country.”
