New ‘mid-range’ deals from AfI

Abbey for intermediaries (AfI) is to launch a new range of 75% LTV, two-year fixed and tracker mortgages products on 1 June.

The new range of product includes a two-year fixed rate Homebuyer and Remortgage product (£550,000-£750,000), up to 75% LTV, at 3.55%, with a £1,995 fee and a two-year tracker Homebuyer and Remortgage deal (£550,000-£750,000), up to 75% LTV at 2.70%, with a £1,995 fee.

Phil Cliff, mortgage director, Abbey for Intermediaries said: “We continue to respond to broker demand and have introduced new mid-range fixed and tracker mortgages to ensure that our intermediary product range remains market leading.”””
