New member for the ASTL

Published on

Manchester-based bridging and development finance lender Roma Finance has joined the ASTL.

Roma Finance provides short term loans for a wide range of property uses including residential & commercial investment, development, conversion and change of use. It is looking to strengthen its service proposition to brokers and recently launched its own service charter for introducers.

Scott Marshall, lending director at Roma Finance, said: “Joining the ASTL was a logical step for us as we have recently launched our own charter and the working practices and ethics that members of the ASTL follow ties in perfectly with our business model and future growth plans.

“We intend to play a positive and active role in the ASTL and support their objectives for the bridging finance sector.”

Benson Hersch, chief executive of the ASTL said: “We very much welcome Roma Finance as a new member of the ASTL. The ASTL represents most of the key lenders in the market covering the whole of the UK. Roma Finance is a growing lender and we look forward to their participation in the ASTL.”
