New lower fixed rates from the Co-operative Bank

The Co-operative Bank for Intermediaries has unveiled its latest product range.

The launch includes reductions on two, three and five-year fixed rates of up to 0.47 percentage points.

New deals include:

  • Two-year fixed rate at 5.10% at 60% LTV with a £999 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Three-year fixed rate at 5.38% at 60% LTV with a £0 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Two-year fixed rate at 5.63% at 85% LTV with a £999 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Three-year fixed rate at 5.98% at 85% LTV with a £0 fee and £500 cashback available
  • Two-year fixed rate at 6.16% at 95% LTV with a £999 fee and £250 cashback available
  • Three-year fixed rate at 6.43% at 95% LTV with a £0 fee and £500 cashback available.

John Ward, director of product at the Co-operative Bank, said: “We’re pleased to be able to launch these competitive rates today to support homeowners to get the best possible deal on their mortgage, in what remains a challenging environment.

“We’ll continue to keep our range under review and offer good value deals to our broker partners, who are working hard to support their customers.”
