Barclays is launching ‘limited edition’ mortgage products.

For example, the bank’s 1.94% 60% LTV two-year fixed rate will now be available at the same rate but offered up to 75% LTV. For customers who are looking to borrow up to 80% LTV then the new two-year fixed rate is 2.33%.

In addition, its five-year fixed rate at 2.99% will be offered up to 70% LTV, up from 60% LTV.

Barclays is also reducing the rates on both its 75% and 80% LTV five-year fixed rates to 3.09% and 3.49%.

It is also launching two new tracker rates available for 1.49% and 1.99% with LTVs of 75% and 80% respectively. There are no early repayment charges with the trackers.

All of the new products are available for first time buyers, homemovers and purchases.
