New Key Account deals from AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has added a two-year fix for remortgagers to its range of key account exclusives.

The two-year fix comes with a rate of 3.19% and a £945 fee. It is available up to 60% LTV to remortgagers.

AFI has also reduced the rate on its two-year fix at 75% LTV for remortgagers by 0.20%, which is also available exclusively to Key Accounts. The rate is now 3.49% with a reduced fee of £945.

The lender has also reduced the rate by 0.15%, and fee by £300, on its five-year fix at 75% LTV for Loyal Movers it is now 4.99% with a £495 fee.

There has been a rate reduction of 0.10% on two-year fix at 60% LTV for homebuyers, now 3.29% with a £995 fee.

Fees have been reduced by £500 on two-year tracker at 2.59%, now with a fee of £495, available up to 60% LTV to homebuyers and remortgagers

In addition, AFI’s five-year fix at 4.99% with a £995 fee, is now available up to 75% LTV for both homebuyers and remortgagers, increased from 70% LTV.

The lender is also launching a new five-year fix with a rate of 4.65% and a £995 fee, available up to 60% LTV to homebuyers and remortgagers

All of the above products come with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution respectively. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
