New key account deals and rate cuts from AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has added two new key account exclusives as part of its new mortgage range, and also made rate cuts of up to 0.25 percentage points.

The new Key Account exclusives are available for one week only.

They are a two-year fix with a rate of 2.89% and a £995 fee, available up to 60% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers and a five-year fix with a rate of 4.99% and no fee, available up to 85% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers.

The lender has also launched a new two-year fix with a rate of 3.39% and a £995 fee, which is available up to 75% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers, and is on offer to the whole of the market.
