New intermediary website for Metro Bank

Published on

Metro Bank has unveiled a new website for intermediaries, which it claims makes it easier for brokers nationwide to interact with the bank.

The site will allow brokers and intermediaries to view all of Metro Bank’s mortgage services in one place, with all product information and lending criteria able to be viewed.

The website is the latest development in Metro Bank’s expansion plan, following the appointment of three new field based Business Development Managers (BDMs) earlier this month.

Charles Morley, head of mortgage distribution at Metro Bank, said: “As the business continues to grow, it’s important that our services grow with it and respond quickly to that demand. The new website aims to make it as easy as possible for intermediaries to work with us, and therefore provide the best possible service to our customers.

“Our business is built on customer service and this should be evident in every interaction with us.”
