New intermediary BTL deals from the Coventry

Coventry for Intermediaries has expanded its buy-to-let portfolio with new products at 70% LTV.

The deals are as follows:

  • 2.39% two-year fixed to 31/01/19, 70% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/01/19 and £999 arrangement fee
  • 3.09% five-year fixed to 31/01/22, 70% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/01/22 and £999 arrangement fee

Kevin Purvey, director of intermediaries at the Coventry, said: “We’re delighted to add to our buy-to-let range with new products at 70% LTV. These new additions mean that our buy-to-let portfolio is now even stronger, with competitive rates and a range of LTVs suitable for a variety of clients.

“Plus, all of our products are booking fee free and include a valuation of up to £700 for buy-to-let mortgages.”
