New fixed rates from Accord

Accord Mortgages has launched a new range of fixed rate products .

For example, two-year fixed rates are available at at 2.99% up to 75% LTV and 4.09% up to 85% LTV. Both come with a £995 fee.

Meanwhile, there is a five-year fixed rate at 3.99% up to 75% LTV and 4.99% up to 85% LTV. Both comes with a £1,995 fee.

The new range includes a range of fee and incentive options and offset versions of all products are available.

Steve McAvan, group intermediary product manager, said: “We have taken the opportunity to reflect recent activity in swap rates to reduce our fixed rate offering.
