New fixed rates coming from the Coventry tomorrow

Coventry Intermediaries is tomorrow (26 July) launching a new range of residential fixed rates.

The range includes two, three and five-year deals with no early repayment charges (ERCs).

For those borrowers who would prefer a product with no arrangement fees, Coventry Intermediaries is also launching a range of fixed rates available over the same terms with no arrangement fees payable. Both ranges are available on LTVs from 50% to 85%.

Colin Franklin , managing director, Godiva Mortgages, said: “In today’s uncertain market many borrowers are looking for the security of a fixed rate but with flexibility to overpay or switch products later on without paying ERCs – our new Flexx Fixed range is perfect.
