New fixed rate range from the Co-op

The Co-operative Bank is re-launching its fixed rate mortgage range on Friday 14 October.

Rates will be cut by up to 0.6 percentage points.

Deals with be either fee-free or have a fee of £999.

James Hillon, head of mortgages at The Co-operative Bank, said: “In a time of economic uncertainty our fixed rate products are proving popular for customers looking to manage their monthly outgoings.
