New fixed-fee deals from Halifax Intermediaries

Halifax Intermediaries has unveiled a range of 」795 fixed fee mortgages on two and five year fixed rate deals for home movers, remortgages, and first-time buyers. 

Deals include the following:

Two year fixed rates for first-time buyers and home movers:

  • 60% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 1.64% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 60-75% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 1.89% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 75-80% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 2.09% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 80-85% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 2.29% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 85-90% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of to 3.44% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.

Five year fixed rates for first-time buyers and home movers:

  • 60% LTV 5 year fix with initial rate of 2.44% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 60-75% LTV 5 year fix with initial rate of 2.84% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 75-80% LTV 5 year fix with initial rate of 3.14% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 80-85% LTV 5 year fix with initial rate of 3.54% (」795 fee), with 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 85-90% LTV 5 year fix with initial rate of 4.04% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.

Two year fixed rates for remortgagors:

  • 60% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 1.74% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 60-75% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 1.99% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
  • 75-80% LTV 2 year fix with initial rate of 2.29% (」795 fee), 」500 cashback and no mortgage account fee. Available on mortgages of up to 」299,999.
