New five-year deals from the Coventry

Coventry Intermediaries has launched two new five-year fixed rate mortgage deals.

The first is priced at 3.49% at 65% LTV. It comes with a £199 booking fee and an £800 arrangement fee.

The second deal is priced at 3.60%, again at 65% LTV and with a £199 booking fee. However, it has no arrangement fee.

Each product comes with one basic valuation and a legal package for remortgagors.
