New exclusive products from Clydesdale Bank

Clydesdale Bank is launching new products and reducing selected rates on Friday 31 May.

The changes are as follows:

Exclusive Customer buy-to-let:

  • New 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,999 fee at 5.60% for loans between £500k to £1m.
  • New 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,999 fee at 5.20% for loans between £500k to £1m.
  • New 2 and 5 year fixed rates with £499 fee, starting from 5.09%.

Residential Purchase Exclusive:

  • New 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee at 5.06%.
  • New 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee at 4.78%.

Existing Customer Residential and buy-to-let:

  • 65% and 75% LTV C&I Fee and Fee offer rates will be reduced by 0.10%.
  • Selected 60% and 75% LTV buy-to-let Fee offer rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%.
  • Selected buy-to-let rates with £1,999 fee will be reduced by up to 0.16%.

Clydesdale Bank is also be withdrawing the following rates at 8pm on Thursday 30 May:

Exclusive Purchase products:

  • 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate at 5.02%.
  • 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.74%.
