New deals unveiled by Barclays

Barclays has made a number of changes across its residential, buy-to-let and Reward ranges.

Main new residential deals:

  • 1.46% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £1m (Purchase and Remortgage)
  • 1.78% two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £500k (Purchase and Remortgage)
  • 2.14% five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £250k (Purchase and Remortgage)

Key new buy-to-let highlights:

  • 1.99% two-year fixed, £1950 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35k, Max loan £1m (Portfolio Landlords)
  • 2.69% five-year fixed, £1950 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £35k, Max loan £1m (Portfolio Landlords)

Portfolio Landlords are those with four mortgaged rental properties or more across all lenders. This includes the subject property.
