Post Office has launched a new range of mortgages, including a branch exclusive with no arrangement fee targeting the re-mortgage market.

New deals include:

  • Branch exclusive: 4.25% two-year fixed rate mortgage at 90% LTV (no fee)
  • 3.48% two-year fixed rate mortgage at 90% LTV (£1,495 fee)
  • 1.63% two-year fixed rate mortgage at 65% LTV (£1,995 fee)
  • 3.15% five-year fixed rate mortgage at 75% LTV (£995 fee)

These new products follow the recent unveiling of Post Office’s Help to Buy rates.

John Willcock, head of Post Office Mortgages, said: “Post Office recognises what an important decision choosing a mortgage can be, that’s why we work hard to provide extra assistance such as our dedicated mortgage specialists who are available in 100 branches to aid customers.

“Post Office provides competitive mortgage products suitable for any customer, whether they are a first-time buyer, mover or someone hoping to remortgage. We are committed to offering a real alternative to the established mortgage providers in the UK.”
