The Nottingham Building Society has launched eight new mortgage products.

Rates have been reduced and all products are available for purchases and remortgages.

There is a free basic valuation for purchases and remortgage and free legal fees for remortgages.

Residential Fixed Rates

  • 2 year fixed, 4.79% (was 4.94%), 90% LTV, £199 upfront Booking Fee, £800 Arrangement Fee, for selected intermediaries only.
  • 2 year fixed, 3.79% (was 4.09%), 85% LTV, £199 upfront Booking Fee, £800 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct/Intermediary.
  • 5 year fixed, 3.98% (was 4.14%), 85% LTV, £199 upfront Booking Fee, £800 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct/ Intermediary.
  • 3 year fixed, 2.84% (was 3.04%), 70% LTV, £199 upfront Booking Fee, £800 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct/ Intermediary.
  • 5 year fixed, 2.99%, 70% LTV, £499 upfront Booking Fee, £1,500 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct/ Intermediary.

Buy-to-let Fixed Rates

  • 2 year fixed, 3.65% (was 3.99%), 75% LTV, £499 upfront Booking Fee, £1,500 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct/ Intermediary.
  • 3 year fixed, 3.98% (was 4.29%), 75% LTV, £499 upfront Booking Fee, £1,500 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct/ Intermediary.
  • 5 year fixed, 4.35% (was 4.59%), 75% LTV, £499 upfront Booking Fee, £1,500 Arrangement Fee, Branch/Direct Intermediary.

Booking fees are payable up front and non-refundable. Arrangement fees are added to the loan when the mortgage completes
