New deals from the Leeds

Leeds Building Society has unveiled a new two-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.45%. There is no higher lending charge and 10% capital repayments are allowed each year without penalty.

The rate of 3.45% is available up to 60% loan to value (LTV). There are also versions available up to 75% LTV at 3.75%, up to 80% LTV at 4.65% and at 5.45% up to 85% LTV.

Kim Rebecchi, Leeds Building Society’s sales and marketing director, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for those borrowers who wish to lock into the certainty of low fixed repayments. The product provides customers with peace of mind and the security that their monthly payments will remain the same for two years
