New deals from the Coventry

The Coventry Building Society has added a number of new products to its mortgage range.

On the residential side, it has launched the following products:

* 4.15% Fixed until 30.06.13, 80% LTV
* 4.85% Fixed until 30.06.14, 80% LTV
* 4.99% Fixed until 30.06.16, 80% LTV
* 2.59% Flexx for Term, 50% LTV
* 2.99% Flexx for Term, 75% LTV

It has also added a new offset deal in the shape of a 3.49% Flexx for Term, 75% LTV product.

Colin Franklin , sales and marketing director, Coventry Building Society, said: “We have enhanced our current portfolio of Fixed and Flexx for Term mortgage deals by extending our range even further.
