New deals from Coventry Intermediaries

Coventry Intermediaries has launches its lowest ever five-year fixed rate at 2.19%.

The deal comes part of rate reductions on selected residential and buy-to-let products.

New deals include:

Residential:

  • 2.19% (reduced from 2.29%) Fixed Rate until 30.06.20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.20 and £999 arrangement fee.

Buy-to-let:

  • 3.49% (reduced from 4.05%) Fixed Rate until 31.07.20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 31.07.20 and £1,999 arrangement fee.

Darin Landon, distribution director, said: “We are delighted to launch our lowest ever five-year fixed rate for residential borrowers at just 2.19%, available up to 65% LTV. And we haven’t forgotten about our buy-to-let borrowers, as we have also cut rates by up to 0.56% with a competitive five-year fixed rate of 3.49%.

“As always, all of our products are booking fee free and all residential products include a valuation up to £670 (£700 for buy-to-let products), so there has never been a better time to do business with the Coventry.”
