New deals from Coventry Intermediaries

Coventry Intermediaries has unveiled new residential products, including a two-year fixed rate from 2.09% at 65% LTV with no arrangement fees.

New deals include:

  • 2.09% Fixed Rate until 31.12.15, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee and early repayment charges (ERCs) payable to 31.12.15.
  • 2.99% Fixed Rate until 31.12.18, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and ERCs payable to 31.12.18.
  • 2.09% Flexx for Term, variable rate, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
  • 2.29% Variable Rate Offset Flexx for Term, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee and no ERCs.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: ”Hot on the heels of our recent product launch, our range has just got even better. We have some new, low fee options available up to 65% LTV including some great Offset products.

“We have a two-year fixed rate at 2.09% with no arrangement fee and a five-year fixed option at 2.99% with a low fee of just £300.

“For borrowers looking for the flexibility of no ERCs and unlimited overpayments, our Flexx for Term, with a great rate of 2.09%, is also available with an arrangement fee of just £300. And, as always, all products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
