New commercial player launches

Commercial Financial Solutions (CFS) has launched into the commercial lending sector.

The intermediary-focussed firm will base its underwriting and administration teams in Newcastle, and its sales operation in York.

Kevin Pitt , CFS managing director, said the business had access to a “strong seam of funding.”” He added: “”This means we can immediately start meeting the needs and expectations of intermediaries and their clients.
