New buy-to-let deals from Godiva Mortgages

Coventry Intermediaries has refreshed its buy-to-let mortgage range.

It includes a legal and valuation package for remortgages, as well as reducing rates on Flexx for term deals.

New deals include:

Two-year Flexx fixed Mortgages

  • 4.05%, two-year Flexx fixed rate until 31.10.14, 70% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1499 arrangement fee and no ERCs.
  • 4.25%, two-year Flexx fixed rate until 31.10.14, 75% LTV, £250 booking fee a 2% arrangement fee and no ERCs.

Flexx for Term

  • 5.25% (reduced from 5.49%), 75% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1499 arrangement fee and no ERCs
