New BTL range from the Coventry

Coventry Intermediaries is reducing the rates on its new buy-to-let range on Friday.

It will cut rates on two-year fixed rate deals and launch two base rate trackers.

The range includes a 4.35% two-year fixed rate deal, up to 65% loan to value (LTV) and a 4.65% Flexx deal – a two-year fixed rate up to 65% loan to value with no arrangement fee and no ERCs.

Colin Franklin , managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “This Friday 13th should be a lucky day for anyone looking for a great buy-to-let deal. Not only have we reduced the rates on our two-year fixed products
