New BTL range from Coventry Intermediaries

Coventry Intermediaries has launched buy-to-let deals with flat fees and no ERCs

The new range is available from Friday 27 July. It includes:

Five-year fixed rates

  • 4.75%, fixed until 31.10.17, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1249 arrangement fee.
  • 4.89%, fixed until 31.10.17, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee.
  • 4.99%, fixed until 31.10.17, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee.

Flexx for Term rates

  • 4.35%, Flexx for Term, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee, unlimited over payments with no ERCs.
  • 4.49%, Flexx for Term, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee, unlimited overpayments with no ERCs.

“Our buy-to-let range just keeps getting better and better,” said Colin Franklin, managing director, Godiva Mortgages.

“Whilst other lenders might offer headline initial rates, they often come with large percentage fees – however, our buy-to-let range is different. Whatever the loan size, buy-to-let investors can choose a pay rate and fee structure which suits them.
