New BTL fixes from BM Solutions

BM Solutions has introduced two new buy-to-let fixed rate products.
Details are as follows:

  • 1.45% two-year fixed rate
  • Maximum LTV: 60%
  • Loan amount: £25,001 – £1,000,000
  • Product fee: £1,995
  • Early repayment charges: 1% of the amount being repaid to 31/03/2020
  • Available for: house purchase customers
  • 1.86% two-year tracked/fixed rate
  • Maximum LTV: 75%
  • Loan amount: £25,001 – £1,000,000
  • Product fee: £1,995
  • Early repayment charges: 2% of the amount being repaid to 31/03/2019, 1% of the amount being repaid to 31/03/2020
  • Available for: house purchase customers
