Signature Private Finance has appointed Jason Fantini as business development manager (BDM) with primary responsibility for the South and South East.

Fantini (pictured) joins Signature from BridgeCrowd and has over 25 years’ experience in financial services.

he said: “It feels great to join a business with such obvious ambition. I’m excited to join Signature at a time when the brand is attracting the interest it’s service and rates deserve.

“No matter the circumstances, Signature has built a reputation for doing all it can to help clients secure the funds needed to expand portfolios and develop properties. It’s encouraging to be part of a business that works hard to make deals, not turn them down.

“Signature has a great client service, with the in-house support to get deals done quickly, which makes my job more enjoyable, knowing clients can trust Signature to deliver exactly what they need.

“Having worked in financial services most of my life, I am aware of how competitive the market can be, but after meeting Tony and the team, I‘m confident Signature has the edge needed to succeed.

“I have made a good decision and I believe my experience will help the business not just achieve its targets for the rest of 2018, but go beyond.”

Signature CEO, Tony Gilbertson, added: “This is a great appointment for Signature and demonstrates our ambition to connect with more brokers and developers, particularly in the vibrant south of England.

“Jason is a great asset and will not only allow us to sustain our recent impressive growth, but ensure we have the contacts and resources to achieve our goals.

“We have grown our business and team in a relatively short period of time, becoming the short-term property finance funder of choice. The future looks good, given the growing optimism in the market amongst property professionals – most of whom can expect a call in the coming months.”
