New appointment at UTB

United Trust Bank has expanded its property finance team.

Colin Jones is joining the development finance and bridging firm as a business development manager.

He joins United Trust Bank from Aldermore Bank where he held a business development role.

Jones has over 25 years experience in property finance including roles as a business partner at Clydesdale Bank, head of residential development finance at Bradford & Bingley and head of property finance at Israel Discount Bank.

Noel Meredith, director at United Trust Bank, said: “I am delighted to be further strengthening the team with someone of Colin’s experience and expertise.
