New app from Fluent Money

Fluent Money is to launch its first smartphone app, Fluent View, on iTunes on 19 November.

The Fluent View App will help clients to track the progress of their secured loan in real time.

Available on both Apple and Android phones, Fluent Money believes that the app is an industry first and “demonstrates its commitment to the secured loan market”.

The app provides live notifications of updates and progress. Users can contact their dedicated case manager at the click of a button, whether by phone or email and establish whether the case manager is able to take their call.

Fluent Money says the next version will see the inclusion of a download and printing service for client documents and is due to launch in January, with short animated videos to explain to customers where their loan is in the approval process.

“The Fluent View App is something that has been in the pipeline for a long time now and it is something that we are incredibly proud of,” said Tim Wheeldon, joint managing director of Fluent Money.

“For a number of years we have successfully offered clients the option to track the status of their loan online. This has proved hugely popular and has seen anincreasing percentage of clients choosing to apply online. The development of the app was the obvious next step.

“We are confident that this app will help and support our clients through every step of their loan journey. We are looking forward to developing the app further, allowing it to evolve and expand it over time.”
