New and improved rates from TMW

The Mortgage Works (TMW) has made changes to its buy-to-let and prime residential ranges.

The Nationwide brand has improved rates on selected ‘Easy Remortgage’ deals and changed fees to 3.50%. I has also improved rates on the18-month fixed Let to Buy, First Time Landlord and Light Refurbishment products.

A new Light Refurbishment Plus buy-to-let range has been launched with retentions available up to £40,000 with a maximum LTV 60% at application and 70% of after works value.

New two-year buy-to-let fixed rates are now available from 3.99% with 3.50% fees.
