New 90% LTV deals from NatWest IS

NatWest Intermediary Solutions is adding two new 90% LTV deals to its intermediary product ranges tomorrow (24 November).

Both new 90% LTV deals are for house purchases: a two-year fixed rate for the corporate range and a five-year fixed rate for the core range.

The two-year fixed rate is priced at 5.79%, while the five-year deal comes with a rate of 6.35%. Both command a £999 product fee.
