New 90% deals from Coventry for Intermediaries

Coventry for Intermediaries has made changes to its 90% LTV residential product range, including both reduced rates and new products, with rates starting from 2.99%.

Deals include the following:

Residential:

  • 2.99% (reduced from 3.19%) variable Flexx for Term, 90% LTV, no ERCs and £999 arrangement fee.
  • 3.09% (new product) fixed rate until 30/09/17, 90% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/17 and £999 arrangement fee.
  • 3.89% (reduced from 4.25%) fixed rate until 30/09/20, 90% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20 and no arrangement fee.

Darin Landon, distribution director, said: “We are excited to launch our 90% LTV residential range with both reduced rates and new products. With highly competitive rates, a range of arrangement fee options and our remortgage transfer service included for remortgagors, this range is ideal for your clients looking to move their mortgage.”
