New 70% deals from SFI

Santander for Intermediaries’ (SFI) has launched two and five-year fixed rate mortgage products at 70% LTV.

The deals are available exclusively through all Key Accounts.

The new exclusive products are:

  • 2 year Fixed at 70% LTV and 2.19% rate with Homebuyer Solution1 and a £995 booking fee
  • 2 year Fixed at 70% LTV and 2.09% rate with Remortgage Solution1 and a £995 booking fee
  • 5 year Fixed at 70% LTV and 3.19% rate with Homebuyer & Remortgage Solutions1 and a £995 booking fee

All Key Account exclusives offer Homebuyer or Remortgage Solutions and have a minimum loan size of £200,000. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.

“Our latest deals, available exclusively through our Key Account partners, offer intermediaries and their clients highly competitive fixed rates with a minimum loan size of £200,000 plus the added benefit of our Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution1. What’s more, Santander 1|2|3 customers are also rewarded with 1% cashback on their monthly mortgage payments. We expect these deals to be highly sought after.”

Santander 1|2|3 Current Account customers who pay their monthly mortgage payments by direct debit also benefit from receiving 1% cashback on maximum monthly mortgage payments of £1,000.
