Network expands bridging panel

Network Richdale has expanded its short-term lending offering with the addition of Greenfield Mortgages to its specialist panel.

Greenfield Mortgages is an FCA regulated bridging lender and has been lending throughout England and Wales since 2009.

Averil Wagoner, relationship manager at Greenfield Mortgages, said: “Greenfield are pleased to now offer our bridging products to Richdale ARs. We pride ourselves on our practical and realistic approach to bridging.

“Joining Richdale is a testament to our commitment to make our bridging products easily accessible to introducers.”

Jacob Bernstein, managing director at Richdale Consultants, added: “We are delighted to announce the addition of Greenfield Mortgages to our lender panel. The specialist offerings provided by Greenfield, will serve to enhance the range of products available to our ARs and in-turn provide greater choice for their clients.”
