NatWest IS refreshes product range

NatWest Intermediary Solutions has made changes to both its ‘core’ and ‘launch’ range mortgages, adding a new buy-to-let product and new rates to selected mortgage and remortgages.

In its core range, the two-year fixed rate mortgage now offers an initial rate of 3.55% up to a maximum LTV of 70% with a £999 arrangement fee. Plus, the lower LTV two-year fixed rate remortgage now offers an initial rate of 3.65% up to a maximum LTV of 70% with a £999 arrangement fee.

The core range also sees a new buy-to-let two year tracker mortgage, offering an initial rate of 4.99% up to a maximum LTV of 70% with a £1,999 arrangement fee.

In its launch range the rates on its two-year tracker 90% LTV mortgage is now offering an initial rate of 5.69% with a £999 arrangement fees whilst its three-year fixed 90% LTV mortgage now offers an initial rate of 6.59% with an arrangement fee of £999.
