Nationwide makes rate changes

Nationwide has made changes to its three and five year fixed rates and selected two year fixed and tracker rates for both remortgage and house purchase customers.

&ltstrong&gtNew rates include&lt/strong&gt:

&ltstrong&gtTwo-year fixed rate available at 4.49% (85% LTV)&lt/strong&gt
£900 product fee, £99 booking fee (payable upfront and non-refundable) for house purchase and existing customers moving home
Product fee-free option available at 4.89%, £99 booking fee will still apply
£500 product fee discount for first-time buyers
£1,000 cashback towards stamp duty for first-time buyers who hold a Nationwide FlexAccount as their main current account

&ltstrong&gtFive-year fixed rate available at 3.99% (70% LTV)&lt/strong&gt

£900 product fee, £99 booking fee (payable upfront and non-refundable) for house purchase and existing customers moving home
Product fee-free option available at 4.19%, £99 booking fee will still apply
£500 product fee discount for first-time buyers

&ltstrong&gtUnchanged rates include:&lt/strong&gt

&ltstrong&gtTwo-year fixed rate available at 3.49% (60% LTV)&lt/strong&gt
£900 product fee, £99 booking fee (payable upfront and non-refundable) for house purchase and existing customers moving home
Product fee-free option available at 3.69%, £99 booking fee will still apply
£500 product fee discount for first-time buyers
