Nationwide makes rate changes

Published on

Nationwide has made changes to its two year fixed rates and all two and three tracker rates for both remortgage and house purchase customers.

All three and five year fixed mortgages remain unchanged.

The changes are largely increases in rates, which the building society says is in line with other lenders’ price hikes.

New rates include a two-year fixed rate available at 5.69%, up to 90% LTV.
