Nationwide chooses panel manager to improve ‘customer service proposition’

Nationwide Building Society has appointed Connells Asset Management – its first panel manager for estate agency sales.

This new contract, which takes effect from January 2010, extends Connells and the Nationwide group partnership into its 20th year.

Andy McQueen, Nationwide’s divisional director, mortgages and general insurance at Nationwide, said that choosing the right supplier was more important now than ever. He added: “Connells credentials for delivering first class service and their ability to tailor their systems to meet the Society’s changing needs is testament to their success.”””
