Mystery lender benefits Promise Solutions

Published on

Promise Solutions has completed its first secured loan with new, unnamed lender in 12 working days.

The exclusive second charge lender recently launched through Promise Solutions and is offering LTVs typically 10 percentage points above those of competitors.

Steve Walker, Promise Solutions’ managing director, said: “We now have a significant number of applications in the pipeline and have been greatly impressed by the lenders appetite to make deals happen and keep the process simple by making common sense decisions and looking for short cuts. It’s a real breath of fresh air and our introducers are really feeling the benefit. Every loan we complete would be an outright rejection by any other master broker.
