MT Finance strengthens commercial team with senior underwriting hire

MT Finance has appointed Nick Grant as head of commercial underwriting, further bolstering the team behind its recently launched commercial lending division.

Grant (pictured) brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, including 17 years specialising in buy-to-let, bridging and commercial underwriting.

He has held a variety of roles across different financial institutions, building a strong record in managing teams and delivering operational improvements.

His appointment marks the latest step in MT Finance’s strategy to expand its presence in the commercial lending market and reinforce its position as a leading specialist lender.
