MPowered unveils new brand and broker service platform

Published on

MPowered Mortgages has announced a major rebrand alongside the launch of a new broker support platform.

Central to the rebrand is a new strapline, “Home of the One Day Mortgage,” a nod to the firm’s pledge to deliver mortgage decisions at pace. According to the lender, 96% of decisions are now being made within 24 hours, underlining its ambition to streamline the process for both brokers and borrowers.

The visual identity has been updated with a new logo and website, which includes functionality designed to enhance broker interaction. The company says the rebrand reflects its long-term mission to make the mortgage experience “faster, smoother and stress free.”

Alongside the new look, MPowered has launched “MPowered Max,” a dedicated broker support and sales operation intended to function as a one-stop shop for intermediary engagement. Brokers can now book meetings, request demonstrations and access hands-on support all through the enhanced website.

The MPowered Max team, which went live last week, is helping advisers reduce packaging time and supporting them through to completion. The offer includes tools such as “instant” decisioning, automated processes and tailored guidance from dedicated support staff.

“We’ve proven that speed and service don’t need to be a trade-off,” said Rhonda Bryant (pictured), head of broker operations at MPowered Mortgages.

“The launch of our new brand and of MPowered Max, is testament to our commitment to deliver the best possible service to brokers using the cutting edge of technology.”

Skye Fisher, a new business development manager at MPowered, added: “MPowered Max isn’t just a team, it’s a promise to our brokers that we’re with them, every step of the way. From application tips to getting tricky cases over the line, we’re here to make their lives easier.”
